Thank you for your interest in our 7" Custom Bobble Heads with Sound. The minimum order is 1,008 pieces for bobble heads with sound. We are a bobble head doll manufacturer. All bobble head dolls are made from Polyresin material. The sample is carved from artwork you provide. We need pictures for the front, both sides and the rear of the bobble head. You can email the artwork in .jpg format. Custom bases are also no problem. Please remember to include the design for the base in your artwork. Colors should be specified by Pantone Color. Once the set-up charge has been paid, it usually will take 10-14 days to get you a picture of the unpainted bobble head doll. Once you approve that picture, we can have our factory paint the doll. After you approve the painted sample we can start production. If you need a sample for approval, we can request it to be sent from Asia. The sample usually arrives 7 - 10 days after your approval of the picture. A freight charge of $75.00 does apply if you need to see an actual sample. The sample is sent to us via air freight from our factory in Asia and then sent to you by UPS Ground Service. We cannot start production until full payment for the order has been received.

Minimum Order: 1,008 pieces for 7" bobble heads with sound. We do not offer the sound option for bobble heads less than 7" tall. This is because the base would not be large enough to house the sound module.  The minimum order for 7" bobble heads without sound is 504 pieces.

Indicate colors by Pantone Number.

Some styles might require an increase in price due to a complicated design.

TERMS ARE PREPAID.  We cannot start production until full payment has been received.

Set-up charge to carve the bobble head doll:  $150.00 / design
Set-up charge to create the sound module:  $250.00
FREE printed gift box for orders of 1,008+ pieces. You supply the artwork.
Set-up charge for printed gift box: $200 (no charge for orders above 2,500 pieces).
Production time:  70 days
Shipping for sample (if required for approval):  $75.00

The recording can play up to 20 seconds. You provide the digital recording. MP3 format is fine. The sound module is activated by pressing a button on the base of bobble head doll.

For orders above 5,016 pieces, the set-up charge for carving the bobble head will be credited towards your purchase.
